Very lovely hotel! Large with lots of facilities to keep us entertained! We stayed with a 6 month baby and cannot fault it. Really big, quiet rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. Ramps were useful for pram (however some may be a bit steep for wheelchair). Breakfast was really good too, lots of choices. Location wise was fantastic too, super close to everything you may need. Even got a cake on our birthday in room, which was a lovely surprise!

The part of the hotel where we stayed is newly built, and this was evident as everything was new and clean, both in the building and in the room. The pool is clean and well-maintained, though it's a shame there aren't enough sun loungers. The Wi-Fi at this hotel was exceptional; we didn't encounter any issues throughout our stay. It's very close to the beach and about a 10-minute walk to Bangla Road.

This hotel was good, we initially booked the deluxe room and upon seeing the size of the room, we paid and upgraded for 3 nights to stay in their swim out pool room. The room was great, bed was comfortable and the hotel was always very clean. The hotel was also in a very convenient location, it was easy to walk to patong beach and there was always plenty of restaurants, atm, shopping nearby.

This is My 2nd time Booking the same Room , I like that the Location is like 10mins walking distance by the main area (Bangla Road) & The Mall Also . You could easily explore & have fun if You Walk around , and its also not too noisy at night so you could relax & Have a good sleep too . & The Place is super safe because it’s secured & there’s guards 24/7 .

The new building is unbelievable, very resort-style. The room was spacious and well-decorated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. the swimming pool was very big, and the bar in the swimming pool was really good. Food was nice too. I would go back. The price was really good.
